The staff members are very friendly and accommodating. the location is great for exploring the island and offers many activities. - the hotel is close to El Camarote restaurant, which offers delicious food and a variety of options.

The lady at the reception was super friendly. I enjoyed the food, but my husband didn't. The ambience of the restaurant was very nice.

The selection at the dinner was not according to the category. The suite in the living area was furnished with a demolished couch, table and two chairs. The ambience was like a youth hostel and the heating/air conditioning did not work. As we had already been in other Barcelo hotels, we were very disappointed.

Rooms were clean, beds were fine, very soft. Check in and check out without problems

Junior suite with jacuzzi rather dark .. Not much light. Breakfast did not meet my expectations ... selection was available .. but everything was of no quality. Drinks are NOT included with dinner (half board).

This place is top-notch! Just had a great stay here for the fourth time 🌟.

The child-friendliness and friendliness of the staff in general was very nice. The whirlpool on the terrace, the design of the room, which is more like an apartment, especially because of the kitchenette, the dining table and the size itself.

Unclear before I went that part of huger complex but actually like a small gated community within it yet able to access Restaurant, spa etc. Pleasant surroundings and pool.

My request for a Balcony had been ignored but was quickly rectified and also given a free lunch voucher to compensate. Friendly Reception staff.

There was free Wi-Fi in public areas and the service in general was excellent.

The location is beautiful and wonderful, minutes from Castillo. the room is beautifully maintained with great views right on the beach front with stunning sea views. - Exceptional service, the breakfast is above average and premium.
